Our company also offers the following individual services: we provide you with the market value assessment of the real estate; we draw up contracts and alternative documents; we formulate a land register proposal; we arrange to enter your real estate in the land register; we help you to acquire “mapna kopija” (a site plan that you get from the office of Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia) and location information. The prices of the services are set in the price list.
